Matters of:
Represents the Council in mutual relations with other state bodies, bodies of territorial and public self-government institutions, enterprises, organizations, establishments, unions and citizens.
Introduces a candidature for the post of a deputy head of the District Council of Deputies during the session of the Council for election;
State of affairs on the territory within the jurisdiction of the Council and other questions related to its competition, introduction to the session of the Council and population as needed, but not rarely than once a year the reports about a state of affairs on the territory within the jurisdiction of the Council.
Calling of the Council meetings, preparation to the Council sessions, sittings of its presidium, conducting of these sittings, control over fulfilment of the taken decisions.
Submitting to the Council session proposals about a repeal in case of discrepancy the decrees of the head of the executive committee and decisions of the executive committee to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
Direction to the conclusion of corresponding constant commissions the projects of the Council decisions, instructions to the chiefs of constant commissions.
Leads the Council apparatus.
Provides consideration of citizen’s appeals addressed to the Council.
Solution of other questions according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, including the decisions of the Council.
