Notification on the holding of a competition for the selection of digital development activities for financing from the funds of the Innovation Fund of the Brest Regional Executive Committee
The Brest Regional Executive Committee announces a competition to select digital development activities for financing from the Brest Regional Executive Committee Innovation Fund.
The submission of documents for participation in the competition is carried out in accordance with the Instructions on the procedure for competitive selection of events in the field of digital development and measures to scale the results of pilot projects in the field of digital development for financing from the funds of the Innovation Fund of the Brest Regional Executive Committee, approved by the decision of the Brest Regional Council of Deputies dated December 28, 2023 No. 445 "On approval of the instructions" (hereinafter – Instructions).
The participants in the competitive selection are state bodies and state organizations, structural divisions of the regional executive committee, city and district executive committees of the Brest region, business entities in respect of which the Brest region or administrative-territorial units of the Brest region, having shares in the authorized funds, can determine the decisions taken by these business entities, organizations subordinate to the republican bodies of state administration or members of state associations, subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus (in coordination with these state bodies, state associations) (hereinafter referred to as the participants).
From February 16, 2026 to March 13, 2026, participants will submit to the Office of Digitalization of Brest Scientific and Technological Park CJSC at 52 Pionerskaya Str., Brest, 224020 and/or electronically to the email address: info@bntp.by for competitive selection:
an application for financing from the innovation fund of an event in the field of digital development
in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Instructions;
technical passport of the event in the field of digital development in the form established by the annex to the resolution of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus dated October 6, 2022 No. 15
"On the form of the technical passport of the event in the field of digital development."
Participants have the right to attach additional documents and materials related to the implementation of the activities presented in the applications.
Documents that do not comply with the requirements of paragraph 6 of the Instructions will not be accepted for consideration and will be returned by the digitalization office to the participants within 10 working days after the deadline for accepting applications.
