Manages the administrative and economic activities of the district executive committee.
Supervises issues:
- coordination of the activities of the divisions of the district executive committee and village executive committees for the implementation of administrative procedures, the functioning of the "one window" service;
- monitoring the implementation of the annual work plan of the district executive committee;
- coordination of the work of the structural divisions of the district executive committee, village executive committees on compliance with regulations and internal labor regulations;
- document execution and record keeping control;
- organizational and economic support for the reception of delegations;
- transport services of the district executive committee;
- maintenance and protection of buildings of the district executive committee;
- provision of housing and living conditions for the heads of the district executive committee, senior staff of the district;
- monitoring compliance with legislation in the field of safety (including fire) in subordinate organizations.
- organization of work with citizens' appeals;
- archival affairs in the structural divisions of the district executive committee, village executive committees;
- ensuring the safety and state registration of documents in accordance with the approved nomenclature of the district executive committee;
- conclusion of contracts on issues related to strengthening the material and technical base of the district executive committee;
- informatization;
- interaction with the state institution "Motor Transport organization of the Brest Regional Executive Committee".

- Carries out general control over the fulfillment of requirements:
- Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 5 dated December 15, 2014 "On strengthening requirements for senior personnel and employees of organizations";
- Directives of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 1 dated March 11, 2004 "On measures to strengthen public safety and discipline"; Directives of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 2 dated December 27, 2006 "On De-bureaucratization of the State apparatus and improving the quality of life support for the population";
- Directives of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated June 14, 2007 No. 3 "On priority areas for strengthening the economic security of the State".
