Report on the activities of the Business Development Council under the Maloritskiy District Executive Committee in 2025
The Business Development Council under the Maloritskiy District Executive Committee was established by the decision of the district executive Committee dated 24.10. 2019 No. 1270.
By Order No. 180 of the Chairman of the Maloritskiy District Executive Committee dated 10/25/2019, the composition of the Business Development Council under the Maloritskiy District Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Council) was approved.
The Council includes business entities of various fields of activity, individual entrepreneurs.
Five Council meetings were held in 2025.
At the meetings of the council, issues of state financial support for small and medium-sized businesses were considered, taking into account the innovations of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated April 22, 2024. No. 365-Z "On Amendments to Laws on Business Activities" (hereinafter referred to as Law No. 365–Z), new requirements for cash register equipment, expansion of the list of goods subject to labeling by means of identification, and the list of goods whose turnover information is the subject of traceability, on the interaction of business entities with the banking sector within the framework of payment relations, organization of lending to the small and medium-sized business sector, banking instruments, and other issues.
In addition, in 2025, the Council for the Development of Entrepreneurship under the Maloritskiy District Executive Committee reviewed and agreed on two draft decisions of the district executive committee and the Maloritskiy District Council of Deputies concerning the development of entrepreneurial activity.
The following issues were considered at the Council meetings:
On the innovations of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated April 22, 2024 No. 365-Z "On Amendments to Laws on business activities", regarding the actions of an individual entrepreneur in the case of activities other than those approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated June 28, 2024 No. 457 "On Types of individual business activities" and the re-registration of individual entrepreneurs transfer of entrepreneurs to a commercial organization in accordance with the resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated June 28, 2024. No. 457 "On types of individual entrepreneurial activity".
On innovations in concessional lending in accordance with Resolution No. 459 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated June 29, 2024 "On measures of State financial support for small and medium-sized businesses".
Discussion of proposals aimed at ensuring effective interaction of business entities with the banking sector in the framework of payment relations, organization of lending to the small and medium-sized business sector, and banking instruments.
On the provision of credit resources by banks for the implementation of effective investment projects.
About new requirements for cash register equipment.
On the expansion of the list of goods subject to labeling by means of identification and the list of goods whose turnover information is the subject of traceability.
Landscaping and restoring order on the territory of the Maloritskiy district.
About the investment proposals proposed for implementation in the Maloritskiy district).
