The Ministry of Economy announces the launch of the BusineSSMA competition on April 3, 2026
The Ministry of Economy, together with the Belarusian Union of Women
and JSC Belinvestbank, with the support of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, announces the launch of a competition for the best business idea, the BusineSSMA business project.
The purpose of the Competition is to popularize the entrepreneurial activities of Belarusians, support projects aimed at developing women's business, and promote the formation of women's necessary competencies and knowledge to organize their own business.
Participants
The competition is held among women raising children under the age
of 3. Each participant can submit only one work. The scope of business ideas and business projects is unlimited.
Stages of the competition
Stage 1 – selection of applications – is conducted in absentia from April 3 to August 3, 2026;
Stage 2 – presentation of the works – will be held offline from August 4
to October 1, 2026.
Stage 3 – summing up – will be held from October 2 to October 14, 2026.
Prizes
Three participants are recognized as winners of the Competition, who are awarded diplomas from the Ministry of Economy and special gifts.
from the partners of the Contest. The contest entries of which have earned special attention may be awarded with incentive gifts from the organizers and partners of the Contest, according to the decision of the expert commission.
