On maximum tariffs for funeral services provided to the population

Amendments and additions:

Decision of the Brest Regional Executive Committee dated November 24, 2023 No. 808 (National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus, December 15, 2023, 9/128013)

 

Based on sub‑paragraph 2.1 of paragraph 2 of Decree No. 72 of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated February 25, 2011 "On certain issues of price (tariff) regulation in the Republic of Belarus", sub‑paragraph 1.2 of paragraph 1 of Resolution No. 35 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated January 17, 2014 "On approval of the lists of socially significant goods (services) whose prices (tariffs) are regulated by state bodies, and on recognizing some resolutions of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus as invalid", the Brest Regional Executive Committee DECIDED:

1. To establish maximum tariffs for funeral services provided to the population (guaranteed burial services) according to the annex.

2. To recognise as invalid:

decision of the Brest Regional Executive Committee dated January 25, 2016 No. 48 "On regulation of tariffs for socially significant services";

decision of the Brest Regional Executive Committee dated June 9, 2016 No. 426 "On amending decision No. 48 of the Brest Regional Executive Committee dated January 25, 2016";

decision of the Brest Regional Executive Committee dated October 25, 2016 No. 796 "On amending decision No. 48 of the Brest Regional Executive Committee dated January 25, 2016";

decision of the Brest Regional Executive Committee dated February 20, 2017 No. 105 "On amending decision No. 48 of the Brest Regional Executive Committee dated January 25, 2016";

decision of the Brest Regional Executive Committee dated November 28, 2017 No. 760 "On amending decision No. 48 of the Brest Regional Executive Committee dated January 25, 2016";

decision of the Brest Regional Executive Committee dated November 5, 2018 No. 711 "On amending decision No. 48 of the Brest Regional Executive Committee dated January 25, 2016";

decision of the Brest Regional Executive Committee dated September 12, 2019 No. 542 "On amending decision No. 48 of the Brest Regional Executive Committee dated January 25, 2016".

3. This decision shall enter into force after its official publication.

* Excluding the cost of basic and auxiliary raw materials and supplies.

When the guaranteed services specified in paragraphs 1–3 of this annex are provided by specialised organisations, other legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, the cost of the basic and auxiliary raw materials and supplies used for their manufacture shall be added to the tariffs:

– imported into the Republic of Belarus, calculated on the basis of prices under the foreign trade contract and import costs (customs payments, cargo insurance, interest on loans (borrowings, guarantees), transport costs, other costs in accordance with the legislation);

– produced in the Republic of Belarus, calculated on the basis of the manufacturer's selling prices and the actual costs incurred for delivery.

Including the cost of fuel and lubricants.

*** Including digging the grave, carrying the coffin with the body to the burial plot for a distance of up to 50 metres, lowering the coffin by manual (mechanical) means, filling the grave, shaping the grave mound, installing the pedestal, cross, or identification post.
