National holiday "Maslenitsa" |
Maslenitsa festivities in Malorita will be held on
the territory of the city park, giving residents and guests of the city a lot
of performances by artists, fun and gastronomic pleasures. At 14.00,
theatrical folk festivities will begin here. The program includes contests,
fun, a concert and several game locations. At this time, everyone will be
able to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of ancient rituals, taste
traditional treats and become a part of the celebration. Sports competitions
and pancake tasting are also available. Cheerful mummers will cheer up
others. The holiday will end with the burning of an effigy of winter - a
symbolic farewell to all bad things. |

Festival «Са спадчынай продкаў у будучыню» |
The festival has been held since 2022 and
demonstrates the rich spiritual heritage and traditions of the Little Russian
region. The festival will open its welcoming doors on the site of the Maloritskiy
Regional Cultural Center. As part of
the festival, a review of the ceremonial folklore “Spadchyna zyamli
Malaritskai” will be held in costumes of the national order of the districts
of the Brest region. As well as a
bright continuation of the holiday, guests will enjoy master classes, a
quest, an exhibition and sale with a tasting of buckwheat bread, an
intangible historical and cultural value of the Republic of Belarus, an
exhibition and sale of natural honey, and small-sized blueberries. And, as
the finale of the holiday, there will be a gala concert with the
participation of bands with a local flavor and an ethno disco with folk dance
master classes. |

The International Minor Marathon |
The landmark mass sports events on the territory
of the Maloritskiy district are the Maloritskiy International Marathon Every year since 1984, the Malorita International
Marathon has been an official sports and mass event and pursues the most
important goal: popularization of a healthy lifestyle. In addition to the
marathon race with a length of 42 km 192 m, other runs are held, where
everyone can find the distance according to their strength and age category.
The rest compete in the 5 km, 10 km and Family Run to compete at various
distances. |
