He manages the construction, fuel and energy complexes and the road sector of the Maloritskiy district, housing and communal services, transport and communications. Coordinates the activities of services for the prevention and elimination of the consequences of accidents and natural disasters, including the elimination of the consequences of the Chernobyl accident. Organizes work with senior staff in the field of activity.
Supervises issues:
- construction activities, architecture, urban planning and housing construction;
- formation and implementation of energy saving policy;
- energy and energy saving regardless of the form of ownership of the organization;
- road activity, roadside service infrastructure, road safety;
- communications and informatization;

- distribution of wood funds for individuals for the repair of residential buildings, outbuildings, construction and reconstruction of housing;

- timely payment of wages to employees in supervised industries;
