Article 13. Fees charged in the course of administrative procedures
1. The fees charged during the implementation of administrative procedures are:
fees (fees) paid by interested parties;
payment for services (works) provided during the implementation of administrative procedures, made by interested persons to authorized bodies, other state bodies, and other organizations.
2. If a fee is charged in the form of a fee (fee) during the implementation of administrative procedures, its amount is indicated in the legislative acts provided for in paragraph one of paragraph one of paragraph 2 of Article 3 of this Law, taking into account the rates of such payments established by tax legislation.
3. The amount of payment for services (works) provided during the implementation of administrative procedures may not exceed the economically justified costs associated with the implementation of administrative procedures.
The procedure for calculating the economic feasibility of costs associated with the implementation of administrative procedures, as well as the procedure for refunding fees for services (works) provided during the implementation of administrative procedures, are determined by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
